A Little About Dividends

So, I needed to fill in some gaps about dividends, and generate some content for the site as well. Since this site is geared toward the novice investor, I started out with some basic questions about dividends. You can read the Q&A here:

Then, I put together a list of 20 of the highest dividend yield "Dividend Aristocrats", which are S&P 500 index constituents that have increased their dividend payouts for 25 consecutive years or more. You can read that here:

With a lot of those "Dividend Aristocrat" stocks seem to be overvalued according to Yahoo Finance, as of the date of publishing (4/30/20), I thought a better list would contain only those high dividend yield stocks that were near fair value or undervalued. So, here is a list of the highest dividend yield "Dividend Aristocrats" that are near fair value or undervalued:
